Every servant of Jesus needs a place to belong and feel connected. Newburgh Church is such a place.  We do not take the place of your local church. However, we may be the plus you need to move forward. We are a fellowship of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. Your gift of at least $200 a year helps us help others. If you are a student doing an Internship you belong.

Our purpose is to:

 Exalt Jesus
 Equip, Encourage and Enable the Believer.

We offer a one year internship for you to serve as an Associate Pastor.
You must be actively enrolled in one of our degree programs. This means you are studying and moving forward - not just on the roll.
You will also be involved in ministry during this 12 month program.
You will design your ministry.

 You may have a ministry of soul-winning, pastoral care, preaching, Sunday school, small group ministry, teaching, nursing home,prison ministry, youth or children's ministy or you tell us.

Between the 1st through the 5th you will submit a two page ministy paper detailing your ministry efforts and activities for the previous month and then in about one-half of a page outlining what you will be doing in the next thirty days. Tell us about any success or failures.

You will need a minimum of ten ministry papers within twelve months to successfully complete the internship.

Cost for the Internship is either $595.00 up front or $895.00 if making payments. .

If you confess Jesus as your Lord and personal Savior, believe He is the only way to God, accept the Bible as God's Holy Infallible Word and believe God has called you into His service then you can request to be ordained by the church. Ordination is only offered during the summer. Candidates for ordination are considered between April  - May of each year depending on your ministry papers and degree work.
